Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, social selling, referrals, and face-to-face sales presentations/demos.
- Client Engagement: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, setting up new approaches like data-driven sales and partnerships.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Tamil, and Hindi to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Experience: Proven experience in SaaS sales or software sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings and store visits as required.
