Job Description: As a Marketing and Academic Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts of our company while also coordinating academic activities. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our programs and attract prospective students. Additionally, you will work closely to ensure the smooth coordination of academic initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to enhance the institution's visibility and attract prospective students.
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, website content, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential target audiences.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Assist in organizing and attending promotional events, such as open houses, career fairs, and student recruitment drives.
- Coordinate with faculty members to schedule classes, prepare academic calendars, and ensure smooth delivery of educational programs.
- Provide support in managing student records and academic documentation.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and enrollment data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing or academy co-ordinator role for minimum 1 year.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and platforms.
- Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of academic processes and experience in coordinating educational programs is an asset.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹41,304.76 per month
