**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing and developing interactive training content, e-learning modules, and instructional materials.
- Create storyboards, scripts, and presentations for instructional materials.
- Utilize authoring tools to build e-learning modules.
- Design assessments and quizzes to evaluate learning outcomes.
- Conduct research on instructional design best practices and trends.
- Support in reviewing and refining training content to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, developers, and trainers to enhance learning materials.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Communication, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and e-learning methodologies.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences.
