**Responsibilities**:

- Reports to EPIC Tech Training Instructional Design Manager (USA)
- Collaborates with Learning Program Managers and business partners to determine business/learning needs and measures
- Applies holistic learning experience design principles to meet internal development needs
- Using UKG design processes, templates, and tools; rapidly designs and develops engaging and impactful learning content and activities
- Creates content in multiple modalities (classroom, eLearning, software simulations, OJT etc.).
- Develops eLearning content using Articulate 360 and other industry standard tools
- Develops general media in support of instructional programs
- Stays current in training trends and recommends innovative solutions for training media, methods, approaches, and new ideas in a cost-effective manner
- Will have opportunities to keep skills current
- Ensures projects are completed on time and according to design, development, and quality standards
- Collaborates with training team members to meet team and organizational goals
- Contributes to and develops team policies, processes, and techniques

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or related field.
- 7+ years as an Instructional Designer or equivalent experience designing and developing blended learning solutions (preferably in a SaaS environment).
- Experience developing in multiple modalities of instruction including instructor-led training (synchronous and asynchronous), eLearning, & structured experiences. Samples required.
- Experience with Rapid Application Development (RAD), Rapid Content Development (RCD) and Successive Approximation Modal (SAM) design environments preferred.
- Proven ability to develop training that incorporates adult learning theories, visual learning design, and interactive training techniques.
- Strong proficiency with industry standard eLearning design software. Articulate 360 preferred.
- Experience developing instructional graphics, basic animation, video, etc. (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar) a plus.
- Strong analytical skills - differentiates ‘need-to-know’ and ‘nice-to-know’ content.
- Strong oral/written communication and editing skills, ability to communicate concrete and abstract ideas for the appropriate audiences.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal.
- Must be flexible and be able to work both in teams and individually, influence change, manage. multiple commitments, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be comfortable working as a hybrid employee (onsite / remote) and have the discipline to stay both motivated and engaged remotely.
- Experience designing technical certification programs a plus
