**Position: Junior Project Coordinator**

**Location**:Nariman Bhawan, Mumbai.

**Qualification**: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or related fields

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**:
Coordinate all phases of solar power projects. Support the senior project team in managing timelines, deliverables, and communication among stakeholders.
- **Design & Approval Support**:
Collaborate with design teams to finalize the system layout and single-line diagrams (SLD).
Coordinate with customers for technical approval of designs.
- **BoM, Costing & Vendor Support**:.

Assist in evaluating EPC contractors and preparing techno-commercial Purchase Orders for vendors based on market understanding and cost-effectiveness.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with local permitting and safety regulations related to solar projects.
- **Site Execution Support**:
Coordinate the timely delivery of all project materials to the site as per schedule.
Work closely with the Senior Project Coordinator and Project Manager to identify and resolve bottlenecks in site execution.
- **Communication & Reporting**:
Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication related to project activities.
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), project status updates, and customer reports.
- **Planning & Scheduling**:
Create and manage project timelines using project management tools like MS Project, or equivalent.
Track milestones, deliverables, and project timelines efficiently.

**Required Skills & Knowledge**:

- Solid understanding of the **solar energy sector**, including design, permitting, and installation processes.
- Familiarity with **techno-commercial evaluation**, costing, and vendor management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.
- Must be organized, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
- **Willingness to travel** to various project sites as and when required.
- Enthusiastic to work in renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
- A team player with a proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.

**Remuneration**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
