**Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination**:Assist in the coordination of architectural design and construction projects from conception to completion.
Collaborate with architects, builders, and developers to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
Maintain project documentation, including plans, specifications, and communication logs.

**Communication and Collaboration**:Serve as a liaison between architects, builders, and developers, facilitating effective communication and addressing any project-related issues promptly.
Coordinate meetings and discussions to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project objectives and progress.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Prepare and organize project documentation, including architectural drawings, permits, and construction documentation.
Generate regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders to track project milestones and address any potential issues.

**Quality Control**:Assist in conducting regular site visits to ensure that construction activities align with architectural plans and specifications.
Identify and address any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the construction phase.

**Research and Development**:Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and construction.
Assist in the research and development of innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and quality.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in architectural software and tools.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Basic understanding of construction processes and materials.

**Preferred Skills**:
Familiarity with building codes and regulations.

Experience with project management software.

Previous internship or work experience in architecture or construction coordination.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
