Overview:
Aadhi Glass is hiring a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the building materials industry (glass, façade solutions, UPVC, etc.). Freshers with strong communication and a passion for sales are also welcome. The role involves independently generating leads, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads via referrals, networking, and market outreach
- Drive end-to-end sales - from pitching to closing deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Regularly update CRM with client interactions and sales progress
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns
- Share weekly reports and updates with the Sales Head
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with marketing and attend trade shows or exhibitions

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials space.
- Proven experience in channel sales and working with professionals such as architects, façade consultants, civil engineers, etc.
- Freshers with excellent communication may also apply
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-focused
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Hindi (preferred)
- Tamil (required)
