Key Responsibilities:
**Voice Support**: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related concerns.

Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries, ensuring all information is clearly communicated.

Offer technical support or troubleshooting assistance, as needed, depending on the nature of the service or product.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Ensure prompt response times, prioritizing customer concerns to guarantee satisfaction.

Document and escalate customer issues when necessary to appropriate departments.

Update customer information in the CRM system accurately.

Shifts
- US - 5:30 to 9:30 am

UK - 10 am to 3:30 am

AUS - 3 am to 3 pm

Any 9 hour shifts

5 Days Working 2 weekoff

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiency may be a plus).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.

Previous customer service experience (BPO experience is preferred but not required).

Ability to multitask and manage various forms of customer interactions effectively.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts,

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience in both voice and non-voice customer service roles.

Knowledge of the industry and specific customer expectations.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work well within a team and collaborate across departments.
