**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our products, engaging with customers, and creating strong relationships to achieve sales targets and business growth. As a key member of the sales team, you will leverage your product knowledge and sales skills to convert leads into customers and expand our market reach.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Execution**:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide product demonstrations, answer customer inquiries, and offer personalized solutions to meet customer needs.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product portfolio, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitive products to better position company offerings.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:
- Accurately track and report sales activities in CRM software.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, and insights to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- **Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align on sales strategies and customer needs.
- Participate in sales meetings and trainings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in product sales or B2B sales.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A results-driven attitude with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of the product is a plus, but not required.
**Preferred Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in specific product sales.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools and platforms.
- Problem-solving mindset with a consultative sales approach.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
