**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in assigned territory.
- Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in **hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare institutions**.
- Promote and demonstrate medical equipment to doctors, department heads, purchase managers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and tenders.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and industry trends.
- Provide pre
- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the service and support teams for smooth installation and after-sales service.
- Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred).
- **3-7 years of proven experience** in sales of **medical equipment** to hospitals/medical colleges.
- Strong network and connections with purchase departments, doctors, and decision-makers in healthcare.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region.
