With existing restaurants in Ha Noi and Da Nang as well as ongoing projects in different cities in Vietnam, the company envisions becoming the leading Indian F&B brand in Vietnam and South East Asia.

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee the activities of staff members, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Monitor employee performance and good behaviour, providing feedback, coaching, and disciplinary action as needed.
- Enforce disciplinary measures, including verbal warnings, written warnings, and suspensions, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Investigate and address employee misconduct, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Company owners to address employee issues and ensure compliance with employment contracts and regulations.
- Communicate with Indian Staff and handle their issues and report misconducts to company and execute the appropriate measure to resolve the situation.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions.
- Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Communicate with new employees and train them about the company regulations.

**Requirements**:

- No educational requirement, however, Military or police background is preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Salary**: From ₹50,000.00 per month
