**What You’ll Do on a Typical Day**:
Disburse global payments on a daily/weekly basis in Trax and Bank portals
Action Bulk payment uploads in payment / bank portals
Process Corporate card payments
Manage cashflow by “holding” payments
Monitor / Research payment rejections, taking corrective action as applicable
Process FX payments
Collate data and provide MIS on team productivity and transactional volumes
Perform Disbursements data analysis and provide reports to various stakeholders
**What We’re Looking For**:
Perform accounting activities in NetSuite
Provide Audit Support
Manage queries from vendors and internal customers within SLA timelines
Establish and maintain clear lines of communication with internal / external customers at all levels.
Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements
Assist with project related tasks
