Collection Specialist
- Revenue Assurance

Full time

We are looking for a competent Collection Specialist to contact clients and collect outstanding payments.You will be accountable to balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timelypayments.Collection Specialist should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Investigate historical data for each Invoices
- Coordinate with Centralise Spoke of clients to ask about their overdue payments
- Take action to encourage timely Invoice payment payments
- follow-up Process payments and refunds
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
- Collaborate with finance and sales professionals to maintain healthy Client Relationship
- Compile and process information such as prices, discounts, shipping rates etc.
- Coordinate with the Client to resolve any issues related to billing or invoice
- Negotiate payment arrangements when needed
- Keep accurate records (customer information, received payments etc.)
- Prepare and submit statements
- Achieve Set Quota allocation for projected Billing targets on a monthly, Quarterly and Annualbasis.Requirements
- Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases and ERP1
- Comfortable working with targets
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Comfortable with mathematics and financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail and Problem-solving skills
- Confidentiality and trustworthiness. and skilled in negotiation
- Excellent ability to organize and coordinate tasks
- BSc/BA in accounting or relevant field
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
