**Role and Responsibilities**

1. Setting payment collection goals and targets for the department.

2. Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit.

3. Implementing collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit.

4. Ensuring that the company policy on recoveries is followed and that it is in line with company policy.

5. Implementing deadlines for payment collection.

6. Discussing with customers in cases when nonpayment occurs.

7. Preparing monthly feedback reports on payment collections, and on outstanding ageing.

Qualification:
**B. Com**

- The ability to work accurately and independently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.
- Outstanding leadership and managerial skills.
- Strong time and people management skills.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.

**Desired Qualities**:

- Excellent in MS Excel (Formulas, V lookup, H lookup, Pivot Table & Pivot Table Chart, Charts, Forms, data validation & Scenarios)
- High energetic, Aggressive & self motivated
- Strong Analytical & communication skills
- Should be able to handle & achieve the departmental requirements
- Ability to think strategically and work in terms of business opportunity and growth

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
