**About the Role**:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated **Commis Chef** to join our kitchen team. As a Commis Chef, you will work closely with senior chefs to learn, grow, and support day-to-day kitchen operations. This is an ideal position for someone who’s eager to start or build their culinary career in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food under supervision
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Follow kitchen procedures and recipes accurately
- Rotate stock and ensure proper storage of food items
- Help with deliveries and restocking
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Support senior chefs with mise en place and daily prep
- Be proactive in learning new techniques and dishes

**Requirements**:

- Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Culinary school training or certification is preferred
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety
- Eagerness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
