**Job Title: Admin cum Sales Coordinator Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle documentation, filing, and data entry
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers

**Sales Coordination Duties**:

- Assist the sales team with lead tracking and CRM updates
- Prepare sales reports and MIS
- Coordinate client meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Assist in drafting proposals, agreements, and presentations
- Ensure smooth communication between sales team and clients
- **Education**: Graduate (preferred: BBA/B.Com or related field)
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in admin or sales coordination
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication (English + local language)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- CRM knowledge (Zoho, HubSpot, etc., if used)
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate (a plus, not mandatory)

**Workplace Requirements**:

- Location: On-site (e.g., Treks Estate, Whitefield)
- Working Hours: 10 AM to 7:00 PM (adjustable as per company)
- Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹30,000/month (as per your setup plan)

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹38,915.79 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
