As a student academic mentor, you will be responsible for playing a critical role in assisting Amazon Academy students with their academic queries. You will also act as a mentor to the students and help in their journey towards IIT-JEE/NEET. We want someone who cares deeply about improving student outcomes by putting the customer first. You will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our customers' lives by the help you provide and values you embody.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Assist students directly/ over the phone and on the web with a variety of academic and general questions.
- Mentor JEE/NEET students with the right approach to studies, motivate them and improve learning outcomes.
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries and help mentor the students.
- Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers will have in each interaction
- Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish.
- Handle all customer information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Analyze student with the help of all data points (student profile, academic targets/ambitions, course completion, Test & attendance results) then plan the study week
- Attendance: To ensure the student has an average attendance of 85% in Live lectures and follows the study planner with 70% engagement.
- Intervene: Through calls (mentoring/counselling)
- Responsible for student performance tracking (Student academic, test, attendance & PTM).

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in science field (Engineering, B.Sc.)
- 2+ years of teaching experience for JEE/NEET.
- Must have a good understanding of JEE/NEET/K12 Education industry trends
- Excellent communication, writing and influencing skills, and be both academic and analytical.
- Friendly, empathetic and kind demeanour

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong grasp of the English language: can communicate clearly and effectively in both verbally and written form.
- Flexibility in scheduling (willing to work late evenings and/or weekends)
- Ability to participate and complete mandatory training (this schedule may be different from your production schedule upon hiring)
- Strong computer skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
