**Academic Mentor - Offline**
**Location**: Calicut, Kerala

Are you passionate about making a difference in students' lives? We are looking for dedicated Academic Mentors to join our team and guide students on their educational journey. If you love mentoring, supporting personal growth, and building meaningful relationships, this role is for you

**What You’ll Do**:
As an Academic Mentor, you’ll play a key role in shaping students' academic and personal success. Your responsibilities include:
**1. Building Relationships with Students**
- Establish positive, supportive relationships with students to guide and mentor them through their educational journey.
- Organize and lead activities, clubs, or programs to inspire their growth and curiosity.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and counselors to address concerns or challenges faced by students.

**2. Monitoring Academic Progress**
- Track students' academic performance and identify areas for improvement or additional support.
- Conduct assessments to gauge students’ understanding of the curriculum.
- Partner with educators to design tailored academic plans for students needing extra help.

**3. Partnering with Parents**
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents about their child’s progress, behavior, and personal development.
- Host meetings or conferences to discuss goals, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance to parents on how they can support their child’s learning journey.

**4. Managing Reports and Data**
- Keep accurate records of attendance, grades, assessments, and observations.
- Generate reports on students’ performance and development for internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize educational software or MIS tools for streamlined data management.
