**Job Role Description**:
As a **Customer Service Executive** at **Airtel Broadband and Telephone Services**, you will be the face of the company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will include managing customer service inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and effective manner. You will play a key part in maintaining high levels of customer service, contributing to the company's reputation as a trusted service provider.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about Airtel’s services.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers over the phone or other communication channels.
- **Customer Service Management**: Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- **Data Handling**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for further analysis and process improvement.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on Airtel’s products and services to effectively assist customers and resolve queries.
- **Service Quality**: Ensure that all services meet Airtel’s high standards for customer service and satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to engage and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- **Customer Service Experience**: Prior experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
- **Service-Oriented**: A passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring satisfaction.
- **Fluency**: Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Knowledge of Marathi and Gujarati is a plus.
- **Educational Qualifications**: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati is required.
- **Willingness to Work in Sales Customer Support**: The role requires a focus on both customer support and sales.
- **Experience**: Freshers as well as experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
- **Age Range**: Applicants should be between 18 and 35 years old.
