**Shift Supervior**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Able to lead the Team of Setter & Operators
- Understand programs and modify existing ones for efficiency enhancement.
- Understand drawings or CAD models to support program development.
- Knowledge of CAM software to produce programs.
- Analyse job order and performs necessary calculations.
- Able to run the shift at Optimum efficiency

**MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering**

**Education and/or Experience**
- Associates diploma and/or combination of education and equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of on the job experience programming and operating on CNC VMC HMC MACHINES Experience using CNC programming software 3,4,& 5 axis preferred
- Understanding of part tolerances.
- Mechanical ability and understanding of engineering principles
- Ability to read blueprint/technical drawings.
- Must have experience to lead team of 20 persons.

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES**
- Basic English (reading, writing, verbal and comprehend)
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisor, and QC personnel
- Good analytical Skills
- Basic to intermediate shop math
- Ability to use and read measuring tool and devices as necessary for inspection of machined parts.
- Able to work in a demanding fast paced environment.
- Experience recognizing mechanical dysfunctions.
- Must be able to work occasional overtime to meet operational deadlines.
- Preferable Engineering/ steels & metal
