Clarifying description of Problems.

Checking Vehicle Maintenance Records.

Taking Test Drives.

Vehicle Diagnostics.

Evaluation of Parts. Requirements per car.

Record & Upkeep of Consumables used per car

Preparing Estimates by costing Materials, Supplies & Labor

Preparing Repair Order by describing Problems, causes discovered and repairs and services required.

Maintains Customer Rapport by Explaining Estimates, Obtaining Approvals & expected return of vehicle.

Answering Customer Queries & Follow-ups.

Co-ordination with Workshop Technicians for Timely Job Execution.

Vehicle Delivery Inspections for Cleanliness, Fluids Check & Electricals Check.

Timely submission of Job Cards for billing purpose.

Upselling of Products & Services.

Updates Job Knowledge by doing research, online studies.

Enhances Organizations Reputation by accepting Ownership for accomplishing New & Different Requests.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
