Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor, located in Panvel. The Service Advisor will be responsible for managing customer relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing customer-focused services. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating vehicle maintenance, repairs, and aftersales services. The Service Advisor will communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, provide accurate information, and ensure a seamless service experience.
