**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Independently coordinate with content creators, influencers, and internal teams to source raw video footage.
- Edit and deliver high-quality, engaging reels optimized for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Maintain a consistent visual and narrative style across different brands.
- Stay updated on current trends, audio, and effects to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Organize and manage video assets and maintain an efficient workflow for multiple projects.
- Collaborate with the design and strategy team to align visual output with campaign goals.
- Ensure timely delivery of content, adhering to brand guidelines and posting schedules.
- Analyze reel performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months - 1 years of hands-on video editing experience, especially for social media reels.
- Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and short-form video content trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate across teams.
- High attention to detail and creativity with a strong visual storytelling ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
