As a Social Media Associate you will ensure that customer experience and expectations are set and met to a high standard. He or she will execute and schedule content on social media handles, prepare strategies to gain reach amongst readers on social media. Also prepare a report on performance and traffic data to our management teams. He or she will assist in creation of editorial properties and curated content on-site. This person will be involved in coordinating with the category managers, designers, and other editors in similar roles across the business.

Key job responsibilities
- Coordinate with multiple teams to provide thorough and authoritative category creative content
- Growth of Amazon Books IN channel, including increasing followers, views, content output and more.
- Own and implement platform best practices, staying informed of platform updates and utilizing new features.
- Create and maintain social media content calendars.
- Build unique strategies around Community and new content formats like Reels and Stories.
- Tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of the social channels.
- Create deep framework testing mechanisms, constantly iterating and proving best practices, and sharing learnings with marketing team.
- Help conceptualize and then execute on individual, series and channel-specific content across brand initiatives.
- Synthesize and analyze relevant content/traffic metrics
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segment recommendations
- Certification on Meta
- Capability to meet our technical requirements, which include HTML, XML and Excel, plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly
