**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Sales Manager to expand our market presence in the Hyderabad region. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role suited for professionals with strong industry networks—especially in home/building design—and a passion for smart technology solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive regional sales through active lead generation, client engagement, and deal closures
- Promote our home and hotel automation solutions to architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the real estate and design ecosystem
- Conduct client meetings to understand needs and recommend tailored automation solutions (lighting, security, climate control, etc.)
- Follow up on leads
- Provide regular updates to the management team on sales activities and market trends
- Represent the brand at trade shows, site meetings, and networking events

**Preferred industry experience includes**:
Plywood / Laminates / Veneers

Lighting / LED / Electrical Fittings

Sanitaryware / Bathroom Fittings

Modular Kitchen / Furniture

Paints / Tiles / Marble

Security Systems / CCTV

HVAC / Building Technology

Luxury Real Estate Sales

**Required Skills & Attributes**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in architectural/interior or tech-integrated products
- Strong network with architects, interior designers, or builders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in a client-facing role
- Willing to travel for client and site meetings within the city/region
- Comfortable working independently with digital reporting and remote coordination
