*Job Description:*

*Position Summary:*

iAir, a reputable national brand, is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Collection Officer to join our team in Mumbai. The Collection Officer will be responsible for actively pursuing outstanding payments from electronics shops within specified areas in Mumbai. This role offers competitive incentives based on achieving collection targets.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Collections:*
- Visit electronics shops within assigned areas in Mumbai to collect outstanding payments for products sold by iAir.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach while discussing and negotiating payments.

2. *Payment Tracking:*
- Maintain accurate records of payments received and payments pending.
- Ensure that all collections are properly documented and reported to the supervisor.

3. *Target Achievement:*
- Meet or exceed collection targets as set by the company.
- Develop strategies to maximize collections and reduce outstanding payments.

4. *Customer Relations:*
- Build and maintain positive relationships with electronics shop owners and staff.
- Address any customer inquiries or concerns related to payments in a prompt and professional manner.

5. *Reporting:*
- Provide regular reports on collection activities and progress to the supervisor or management.

6. *Incentives:*
- Eligible for performance-based incentives on achieving or exceeding collection targets.

*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a collection or field-based role is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with the electronics retail industry is a plus.

*Additional Information:*
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel within Mumbai.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the schedules of electronics shops.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
