- 2 + years of work Experience.
- Payment collection from customers as per the bills submitted and tracking of pending payment.
- Visiting client & informing them about the outstanding dues, if any.
- Submitting bills for payment processing.
- Continuous follow ups via Mail, Phone & Visit.
- Maintaining data of all the transaction with respect to payment collection & outstanding in Excel.
- Must be willing to travel & visit clients in person for payment follow-ups.
- Confirmation of the invoices received from customers as per above point.
- Preparing ageing reports.
- Need to achieve monthly collection target.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Must be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support.
- Hands on experience on MS-Office.
