**Job responsibilities**

**Document Management**:
Develop and maintain document management systems.

Ensure all documents are accurately and securely stored and archived.

Implement procedures for document retrieval and version control.

**Documentation Control**:
Receive, review and process documents such as contracts, technical drawings, reports and correspondence.

Verify that all documents meet required standards and specifications.

Assign document numbers, codes or other identifiers for tracking purposes.

**Quality Assurance**:
Ensure documents adhere to company quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular audits to verify document accuracy and completeness.

**Communication and Collaboration**:
Facilitate communication between departments or project teams regarding document requirements and changes.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure timely document submission and approval.

**Data Entry and Maintenance**:
Input and update document metadata, including titles, descriptions and keywords.

**Compliance and Security**:
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive or proprietary information.

**Reporting and Documentation**:
Generate reports on document status, including distribution, approvals and revisions.

Prepare documentation for audits or regulatory inspections.

Maintain accurate records of document history, including changes, approvals and revisions.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
