**Business Descriptor**

Inclusive Banking Unit (IBU) looks after the Priority Sector lending (PSL) for the Bank. The IBU unit not only plays a role in complying with Regulatory requirements but is focused on furthering the Financial Inclusion and sustainability agenda, key focus areas for the Bank in realizing its growth ambitions in the country.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Understanding of MIS and ability to handle the same independently for internal & external reporting, ensuring adherence to Executive committee related MIS, Payouts of transactions, Co
- terminus, RIDF etc. Simplification of processes.
- Have an analytical mind set to understand the data and recommend solutions
- Research capabilities for NTBs, on Structures and gathering market intelligence to help the division achieve its objectives
- Ability to handle customer interactions.
- Ability to work across product suite of the division with the relevant team members and assist them in their business development, deal execution and operational aspects
- Ability to work with different business divisions of the Bank, in order to facilitate outcomes for our division
- Reporting updates to the senior stakeholders regarding progress on goals etc
- Drive the implementation and testing of automation initiative for streamlining of business processes
Requirements- Post Graduation in Business Administration or any relevant Master’s Program degree, Engineering degree, CA, Data Analytics degree etc
- 1-6 years of experience having worked in Banking Sector
- Research and cold calling capabilities to grow business
- Data Analytics experience will be good
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and Power Point
- Understanding of PSL and extant regulations
- Understanding of PSL products (Direct Agri lending, renewables, affordable housing, MSME financing, Supply chain, PTC, DA, On-lending, Co-origination etc)
- Ability to front end with external customers and internal stakeholders.
- Automation solution capabilities with a bent of mind on digital processes to simplify processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of macro-economic factors and financial markets will be good
