**We are looking for a furniture workshop foreman.**

RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS

2. Complete knowledge of furniture work such as upholstery, wood types, types of furniture such as classical, royal/luxurious high class furniture and Deco furniture, Polishes likes PU Polish, melamine polish, fabrics and raw materials.

3. Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the stores area of operation.

4. Keep in records of the inventory purchase and realizing.

5. Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.

6. Prepare daily workers work reports and progress reports.

7. Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filled and stored properly.

8. Responsible to verify all goods (woods, beats, nails, fabrics and polishes etc.) arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received or delivered.

9. Responsible for storage of furniture and operational stock.

10. Responsible for the day to day check on the storage facilitates of upkeep and hygiene.

11. Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable and incorrect items.

12. Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas and tidy compliance with hygiene regulations.

13. Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.

14. Post/ deliver all in the invoices using MMS (material management system.

15. Adhere to all health and safety procedures, particularly relating to furniture items.

16. Work closely with purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.

17. Troubleshoot any vendor delivery issues and oversee and follow up on the return process.

18. Verify and track received inventory, (material) & complete inventory reports and logs.

19. Maintain daily payments to labors, contractors and vendors.

20. Perform any other duties as assigned by a management or supervisors.

21. Knowledge of carpentry work (high end )

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kirti Nagar, New Delhi - 110015, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
