**Job Title: Senior Office Coordinator (Female Only)**

**Reports To**: Operations Head

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Office Coordinator to oversee and manage the daily operations of our office. The Senior Office Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that the office environment runs smoothly, supporting the needs of employees, and improving administrative processes. This individual will take on additional leadership responsibilities, mentor junior staff, and act as the main point of contact for office-related operations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized, functional, and welcoming environment.
- Manage office logistics, including coordinating office space, facilities, and equipment.
- **Leadership & Staff Support**:

- Lead and mentor junior office coordinators or administrative staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient office practices.
- Act as a point of escalation for office-related concerns, resolving issues proactively and effectively.
- **Administrative & Executive Support**:

- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior leadership or teams.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for employees and executives.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- **Event & Project Coordination**:

- Plan and manage company events, staff meetings, team-building activities, and celebrations.
- Organize and coordinate office-wide initiatives, including wellness programs and employee recognition events.
- Lead or assist with office projects, including office renovations, technology upgrades, and process improvements.
- **Policy & Procedure Implementation**:

- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, office regulations, and company policies.
- **Document & Information Management**:

- Maintain and organize confidential office records, files, and documents.
- Ensure efficient document storage and retrieval systems, both digital and physical.
- **Calendar Management**:

- Coordinating all major meeting, taking notes and following up for better desired results.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- MBA
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of office coordination or administrative experience,
- **Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage, mentor, and collaborate with team members.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with office management software and technology systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
