**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Video Creation & Editing**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content including product explainers, promotional videos, client testimonials, corporate interviews, and training materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop video scripts and storyboards.
- Ensure all videos are compliant with pharmaceutical regulations and brand guidelines.
- Manage video production equipment and maintain a digital library of assets.

**Content Development**:

- Create compelling written content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website pages tailored to healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders.
- Translate complex pharmaceutical information into easily understandable and engaging content.
- Assist in developing campaign content for product launches and awareness initiatives.

**Social Media & Digital Marketing Support**:

- Develop and post visual and video content across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter (X).
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content performance.
Collaboration:

- Work closely with regulatory, product, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers if needed.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in video content creation and editing; preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a regulated industry.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong skills in photography and videography.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends is a plus.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with pharmaceutical or medical content.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines for healthcare advertising (e.g., FDA, MHRA, etc., depending on region).
- Familiarity with CRM and content management systems (CMS).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
