We are looking for an experienced and confident **Video Content Creator** to ideate, script, appear and edit social media content like insta reel, tik tok videos, youtube shorts, podcasts etc for the company’s brand and its social media channels.

**Video Content Creator - IDEATE - APPEAR - SHOOT - EDIT - PUBLISH ⇒ Generate leads and increase followers**.

The person should be confident and presentable to appear on camera with very good English and Hindi. All software's and hardware's to shoot and edit quality content will be provided at the office.

They should be able to generate interesting podcasts with students, overseas university representatives and people in the education domain.

KPI:

- Ensure you ideate, appear, edit and post one reel a day for 3 of our brands is released
- Thorough knowledge in Study abroad domain and in depth market analysis with its competitors
- High spec video edits using modern AI based tools with relevant and interesting graphics, thumbnails, animations, captions, hashtags etc
- Script Writing
- Thorough knowledge of different AI tools for marketing and the use cases
- Write 2 articles a week with optimised SEO for our website
- Create interesting strategies to engage with our new leads and past customers
- Work on referral generation campaigns
- Create presentations and design work
- Keep instructing website team to amend the website content

The main task and measure of success in this role includes relevant and quality content created for our YouTube, Website, Socials, and number of followers and leads generated out of your campaign for brand awareness.

**Required skills**
- Very friendly and enthusiastic appearance in the reels and video contents
- Have at least 2 years of professional experience creating fun, engaging and innovative digital and brand content in a similar role
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences including Facebook, Instagram reels and stories), Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube etc
- Strong photography, short form videography and other digital asset creation skills (from phone / DSLR, to lighting to editing etc)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software and apps
- Highly creative and innovative mindset
- Excellent research and keen interest keep up to date with trends and technology
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive can do attitude
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of excel google sheets.
