- We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Content Creator & Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging videos that align with our brand messaging and content strategy for digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for digital marketing, social media, product showcases, events, testimonials, and campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.
Add motion graphics, text overlays, and animations to enhance content appeal.
Manage end-to-end post-production including cutting, color correction, sound design, transitions, and visual effects.
Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratio, resolution, duration, etc.).
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and platform algorithms to create relevant content.
Maintain an organized media library and project backup system.
Suggest and experiment with new formats (reels, shorts, vlogs, explainers) to boost engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in video production and editing (portfolio/reel required).
- Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and audio setup is a plus.
- Understanding of social media video formats, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with an eye for storytelling and detail.
- Degree/Diploma in Media, Film, Design, or a related field.
- Experience in motion design or animation is a bonus.
- Basic knowledge of YouTube SEO or video marketing strategy is a plus.
