**Bioinformatics Intern**

India, we are now expanding to take our products to international shores.

Key role: NGS data analysis

Location : Powai, Mumbai

Essential requirements: Building custom NGS analysis pipelines, proficient in R/Python, Linux,

Knowledge of various databases and tools used for analyzing human / microbial genomes

Desirable requirements: Good knowledge of Human and Population Genetics, Nanopore

Analysis, pipeline orchestration tools (Nextflow/Snakemake), Version and Control tools

(GitHub)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Ability to commute/relocate:
