We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **US Calling Marketing Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers in the US market, promoting our products/services, and driving sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to build relationships with customers over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Outbound Calls**: Reach out to potential clients in the US, introduce the company, and offer our products/services.
- **Generate Leads**: Identify potential leads and qualify them based on their needs and purchasing interest.
- **Explain Products/Services**: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- **Follow-up**: Regularly follow up with leads, answer their questions, and address concerns.
- **Build Relationships**: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet monthly and quarterly sales or lead-generation targets.
- **Update CRM**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
- **Collaborate with Marketing Team**: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and improve outreach efforts.
- **Market Research**: Gather customer feedback and conduct research to improve future sales strategies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or sales (preferably with US market experience).
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,132.30 per month
