**Tracknovate** is looking for an analytical **Accounts Receivable Professional** to assist our accounting department. To succeed as an **Accounts Receivable Professional**, you should be a skilled with excellent communication and record-keeping skills. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with strong math and computer skills.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on, collect and allocate payments.
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Review AR aging to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries.
- Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts.
- Communicate with customers via phone or mail.

**Skills Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
- At least 6 months to 1year of work experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
