**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Help manage company social media profiles, create posts, interact with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
- **SEO Optimization**: Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, and backlink building.
- **PPC Advertising**: Assist with paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), including keyword research, ad copy writing, and monitoring performance.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics. Generate performance reports and provide insights.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Perform research on competitors' digital strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- **Collaboration**: Work alongside designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Mailchimp, etc.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and contribute to innovative campaigns.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in campaigns and reporting.
- **Analytical**: Comfort with data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from reports.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative and able to work well within a team.

**Desirable Skills (not mandatory)**:

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

- Eagerness to learn and grow in the digital marketing space.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills
