**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Support the execution of digital advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance monitoring across platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic and conversion rates; assist in analyzing data to optimize campaign performance.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- Assist in keeping abreast of changes in digital platforms and regulations to ensure compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and social media management tools.
- Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for campaign optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating effective content.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a desire for continuous learning.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and SMM.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS basics.
