**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Handle Instagram inquiries, respond promptly to DMs, and engage with followers.
- Respond to customer queries via calls and online inquiries.
- Maintain a polite and professional communication style with customers.
- **Stock Management**:

- Maintain and regularly update stock records in an Excel sheet.
- Share high-quality photos of available stock with customers as per their requests.
- **Exhibition Participation**:

- Travel across Gujarat (mainly Ahmedabad) to participate in exhibitions.
- Assist with setting up and managing stalls during events.
- Interact with visitors and promote products at exhibitions.
- **Sales Support**:

- Guide customers in making purchase decisions based on their preferences.
- Provide product information and address customer concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers are welcome; prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Instagram and social media platforms for customer communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel for stock management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across Gujarat for exhibitions.
- Passion for fashion and an interest in sarees is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
