Sales & Customer ServiceJob Purpose:To provide excellent customer service, maintain attractive product displays, and achieve sales targets by promoting and selling toys and related products in the showroom.Key Responsibilities:Customer ServiceGreet customers warmly and assist them in selecting suitable toys.Provide detailed product information, including age suitability, features, and safety aspects.Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.Sales & TargetsPromote special offers and new arrivals to increase sales.Achieve individual and showroom sales targets set by management.Upsell and cross-sell related products to maximize revenue.Showroom MaintenanceMaintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of display shelves.Ensure all toys are properly tagged, priced, and stocked.Assist in regular stock counting and inventory management.Billing & Cash HandlingOperate the billing system (POS machine) accurately.Handle cash and card transactions responsibly.Maintain billing area cleanliness and ensure smooth checkout experience.Product KnowledgeStay updated about new products, brands, and promotions.Understand toy safety standards and explain them to customers.Teamwork & DisciplineCoordinate with team members for daily sales activities.Follow company dress code, grooming, and behavior policies.Attend staff meetings and participate in training sessions.Qualification & Skills:Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).Experience: 0–2 years in retail sales (toy, gift, or kids' product showroom preferred).Skills Required:Good communication and polite customer interaction.Basic computer and billing knowledge.Cheerful, energetic, and child-friendly attitude.Work Schedule:Full-time (Store timing-based; weekend and holiday work required).Salary Range:Based on experience and performance (Fixed + Incentive).Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹10, ₹13,500.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleWork Location: In person
