Hiring For an Accounts Receivable Executive
Location: Mumbai, Churchgate

**Salary**: 5 LPA to 8 LPA
Qualification: BAF or B.Com

**Note: Experience: 2-5 years only not more than that**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare Proforma Invoices on a state-wise basis according to specific requirements.
- Manage E-invoicing within SAP, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Download bank statements and accurately post collection entries in a timely manner.
- Compile and upload Operation & Maintenance (O&M) billing data into SAP.
- Draft and send letters for recovery of outstanding O&M dues.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Share and reconcile ledgers with customers to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in data preparation for statutory and internal audits, as well as MIS and reporting for bankers, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure correct treatment of GST, TDS, and TCS entries in the receipt process.
- Support reconciliation of 26AS data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- **SAP**: Proficiency in SAP is mandatory for handling e-invoicing, billing, and financial entries.
- **MS Office**: Proficient in Excel and Word for data management, reporting, and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions and internal coordination.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good analytical skills for data reconciliation and reporting.
