**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Aptitude Trainer to train college-level trainees on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. The role involves creating engaging and effective learning experiences to help students excel in placements, competitive exams, and career development.

This is a contract-based position with performance evaluations conducted quarterly to ensure continuous improvement and growth. Applicants must be willing to travel to various colleges, with travel allowances provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver Engaging Training: Conduct interactive sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and verbal reasoning tailored for college students.
- Develop Student-Centric Content: Create and customize course materials, practice sets, and mock tests specifically designed to meet the needs of college-level learners.
- Prepare for Placements & Careers: Train students on aptitude skills essential for campus placements, internships, and competitive exams.
- Monitor and Guide Progress: Assess students’ learning through evaluations, quizzes, and tests, providing constructive feedback to enhance their performance.
- Encourage Skill Development: Use innovative teaching methodologies to build confidence, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities among trainees.
- Stay Updated: Regularly update training content based on the latest placement trends, exam patterns, and industry demands.
- Travel for Training: Deliver sessions at colleges and designated training locations (travel allowances will be provided).

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Subject Expertise: Strong command over quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and data interpretation.
- Training Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience training college students for placements or competitive exams (CAT, GRE, GMAT, SSC, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire college students effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to work with diverse student groups and adapt teaching styles to suit different learning needs.
- Organizational Skills: Competence in planning, scheduling, and maintaining progress records for multiple batches.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably with a focus on mathematics or logical reasoning).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
