**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training & Instruction**:

- Conduct classroom or online training sessions on various aptitude topics, including but not limited to quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, data interpretation, and basic mathematics.
- Customize training material based on the learning level of the students and the requirements of the organization or institution.
- **Course Design & Development**:

- Design curriculum and training modules that cover all relevant areas of aptitude.
- Develop practice exercises, mock tests, quizzes, and other resources to help students improve their skills.
- Regularly update course material to reflect changes in exam patterns or new techniques in aptitude training.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular assessments (e.g., mock tests, quizzes) to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and offer individual guidance for improvement.
- Track student performance and provide personalized coaching to help them achieve their goals.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Relevant certifications in aptitude training or similar fields (e.g., GRE/GMAT coaching, competitive exam prep) is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum [2] years of experience in aptitude training or teaching
- **Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in mathematics, quantitative reasoning, and logical problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to break down complex concepts into simple and understandable content.
- Familiarity with current trends and strategies in aptitude exams.
- Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning styles.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Passionate about teaching and helping others succeed.
- Patient, approachable, and empathetic with students.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with online teaching platforms and virtual classrooms
- Previous experience working with large groups or corporate clients is a plus.
