**JOB PURPOSE**:
To collaborate within the organization to achieve brand consistency, coordination of messages, and the highest standards for external communications.
- Responsible for coordinating, including electronic and print communications, archiving, billing, can contribute to design

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Provide support to marketing & other internal department as required.
- Co-ordinate with purchase department for providing art work and getting material prepared.
- Co-ordinate with Doctors and Vendors.
- To maintain bill copies of the vendors.
- To make billing entries for the vendors & send it to concerned department for payment processing.
- To meet the relevant HOD’s/Consultant for approvals on the final art work created by the creative team.
- To follow up with the HOD’s/Consultant for the content required to prepare art work designs.
- To be part of the Quality Improvement Initiative & protocols of the organization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
