Position DescriptionBusiness Division CorporateDepartment BrandingLocation MumbaiPosition Title Team Member Corporate Branding CommunicationsLevel E3 E4Reporting to Title Lead Corporate BrandingPosition PurposeTo manage the creative development and brand expression across all visual and narrative touchpoints ensuring consistent and impactful communication of the brand identity aligned with strategic objectives Strategic ResponsibilitiesOperational ResponsibilitiesInternal Communication Develop executive and key corporate messages in line with organizations business communications strategy Responsible to support Lead Corporate Branding in planning communication campaigns that are employee facing and spear-headed by various functions including Finance CRO Legal Ethics CSR Global Delivery and HR and leaders across the organization Manage other internal communications which include new business wins awards quarterly results and obtain necessary approvals with internal stakeholders Coordinate with external creative agencies and internal graphic designers to develop collateral such as campaign mailers banners posters digital assets for digital and social media campaigns on different channels Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to develop required content for communication Work with the HR and other support functions to coordinate internal events and related communications Create brand awareness among internal stakeholders through employee outreach multi-function co-ordination employee engagement newsletters digital communications Create messages and ad-hoc communications as per requirement External Communication Branding Deal with external agencies on regular basis for events media releases social branding activities Create effective communications for the organization to interact with the public through various digital channels Help maintain the organization s public perception goodwill image and identity Support the Lead - Corporate Branding in arranging interviews with the organization s top executives and draft the speeches Create manage content for website Draft and develop press releases about major launches and big events Reach out to media for press release coverage and respond to information requests from the media Financial ResponsibilitiesPeople ResponsibilitiesEducation QualificationBachelor s Master s degree in public relations journalism communication English or businessWork Experience4 - 5 years of experience in external internal communication brandingIndustry to be Hired fromAny industryFunctional Competencies Understanding of brand positioning architecture and guidelines Ability to maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints Develop clear engaging and audience-appropriate content Interaction Complexity and Team WorkInteraction WithFrequencyPurpose of InteractionInternal Marketing Team Corporate Communications Leadership Design Team WeeklyWeeklyAs NeededFrequentlyCoordinate campaigns share branding assets align messaging Align on key messages and PR materials Present branding concepts or updates gather feedback Collaborate on brand visuals and digital content External Creative Advertising Agencies Vendors e g printers merchandise suppliers Media Publications Event Organizers As NeededAs NeededOccasionallyOccasionallyBriefing reviewing creatives ensuring alignment with brand guidelines Coordinate production of brand collaterals Share brand assets or coordinate for PR features via communications Support corporate presence and branding at events or conferences
