Maintain clean and hygienic food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy at all times.
- Complete the assigned food preparation before stipulated pick up time to the quality and specifications as per prescribed recipes and chef's directives.
- Assist CDP while ordering ingredients and spices as needed priorly.
- Be fit and capable and knowledgeable to operate various kitchen appliances such as knives, blender, mixers, grinders, oven, grill, or chopper, etc.
- Make portions and batches of food correctly as per the catering prospectus, and correctly store them at pre-assigned pick-up bays.
- Assists other cooks during the food production processes and batching post cooking.
- Cleans up after every batch production as well as at the end of operation hours.
- Prepares any necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins.
- Ensure kitchen premises and equipment are well cleaned and tidied before shift hand-over or closing down.
- Offers a creative menu to compete with other local restaurants.
- Cleans up after business hours.
- Basic Culinary Certificate and training.
- Exposure to more than one - Biryanis, North Indian, Tandoor, South Indian, Indo-Chinese, and various Street foods.
- Verbal Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Skilled in particular culinary / cuisine knowledge.
- Medically fit and able to work longer hours when required.
- Good attitude and amicable nature.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
