**Position: Business Associate to MD - Internship**

As a Business Associate to the Managing Director (MD) Intern at Engage Digital Partners, you will play a crucial role in supporting the MD's strategic initiatives and contributing to essential business operations. This internship provides a valuable learning experience for individuals interested in the digital marketing industry. You will work closely with the MD and the team, gaining practical knowledge and contributing to the overall success of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Support: Collaborate with the MD to assist in the development and implementation of business strategies aligned with the company's goals. Conduct market research, analyse data, and provide valuable insights to support decision-making processes.
- Client Engagement: Participate in managing client relationships and providing excellent customer service. Assist in addressing client inquiries and supporting the account management team in meeting client needs.
- Business Development: Contribute to identifying potential business opportunities and prospective clients. Assist in preparing business pitches and presentations, as well as participating in client acquisition efforts.
- Project Coordination: Support project management efforts by assisting in planning, organizing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns for clients. Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Performance Analysis: Help analyze marketing campaign data and generate comprehensive reports for the MD and clients. Gain exposure to key metrics used to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Industry Insights: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the digital marketing industry. Share relevant industry information with the team to contribute to creative and innovative solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Provide assistance to various departments as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the company.
- Learning and Development: Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in digital marketing practices.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An interest in digital marketing and business development is essential.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, allowing effective interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proactivity: A self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to take initiative and contribute actively to team projects.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, open to learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Passion for Digital Marketing: A genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing and a desire to explore various facets of the industry.
