Maintain accurate financial records for all transactions, including revenue, expenses, and asset management.
- Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental and organizational budgets.
- Provide financial forecasts and support budget planning activities.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and vendor payments.
- Handle employee expense reimbursements and related financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Conduct financial analysis to support operational decisions, including profitability analysis and cost management.
- Address financial inquiries from staff, management, and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
- Utilize accounting software and systems to streamline financial processes and enhance accuracy.
- Stay updated on technological advancements and recommend improvements to financial systems.
