**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:
Greet and assist customers, providing product recommendations and answering questions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- **Sales**:
Drive sales by understanding customer needs, demonstrating product features, and closing sales effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**:
Maintain a deep understanding of the clothing brands and products sold in the outlet to assist customers with their purchases.
- **Inventory Management**:
Assist in stock management by keeping track of inventory levels, restocking items, and organizing products in the store.
- **Merchandising**:
Ensure products are displayed attractively and in accordance with store policies to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- **Cash Handling**:
Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments accurately.
- **Store Maintenance**:
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are well-maintained.
- **Sales Targets**:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- **Customer Relations**:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business.
- **Product Feedback**:
Provide feedback to management about customer preferences and trends to assist in inventory decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
High School diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in fashion or retail management is a plus.
- **Experience**:
1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in clothing or fashion.
- **Key Skills**:

- **Customer Service**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive approach to engaging with customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Strong understanding of clothing and fashion trends to help customers find the right products.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring the store is well-organized, and merchandise is properly displayed.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work effectively as part of a retail sales team.
- **Basic Math Skills**: For handling transactions and managing cash registers.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
